深红红螺菌分子式:CAS号:性质:红螺菌属内的一种模式种。有板毛运动、以二等分裂方式繁殖、革兰氏阴性、一般进行厌氧性光能异养生活的螺旋状细菌。细胞宽0.8~1.0μm,长7~10μm,一个螺旋圈的宽为1.5~2.5μm。在厌氧条件下,液体培养物从淡粉红色至深紫红色。在光合作用时,可同化脂肪酸、三羧酸循环的多数中间体、乙醇、丙氨酸、天冬酰胺、天冬氨酸、谷氨酰胺和果糖等底物。细胞内贮存多糖类、聚羟基丁酸(PHB)和聚磷酸盐等颗粒。氢化酶和过氧化氢酶阳性。生活于阳光充足的静水等处。G+Cmol%值为63.8~65.8。此菌可用于有机废水的净化,并生产单细胞蛋白等。
