耐盐雾分子式:CAS号:性质:高分子材料抵抗盐雾侵蚀的能力。盐雾中的氯化物,如氯化钠、氯化镁,在很低的湿度条件下具有迅速吸潮的性能,且氯离子具有很强的腐蚀活性,致使防护涂层及高分子材料产生强烈的腐蚀和破坏。评定时,在模拟海洋大气或海边大气中盐雾及其他因素为特征,在盐雾箱内配置接近海水成分的水溶液,将其喷成雾状充满箱内,并配合温度、湿度强化腐蚀条件。操作温度一般为(35±2)℃,氯化钠溶液浓度(50±5)g/L,PH值6.5~7.2,称之为中性盐雾试验,有时也有用酸性盐雾进行。喷雾周期有连续喷雾或间歇喷雾两类。
