菌群交替分子式:CAS号:性质:又称菌群交替。是抗菌药物应用过程中出现的新感染。在正常人的口腔、鼻咽、肠道等处有多种细菌寄生、菌群间维持平衡共生状态。当长期使用广谱抗生素后,使正常菌群的分布发生改变,敏感菌被抑制、耐药菌则在体内生长繁殖,外界的耐药菌也乘虚而入,从而引起新的感染。一旦发生二重感染,立即停用广谱抗生素,采用有效抗菌药物。
