过木机过木机logandraftconveyer将上游来的木材运输过坝至下游的机械。常用的过木机有链式木材传送机、升排机和一般通用的起重运输机械。链式木材传送机常沿土石坝面或岸边布置,上游侧浮动,下游侧固定。传送方向与木材轴向一致的传送机称纵向木材传送机,多用于运输原木过坝;传送方向与木材轴向垂直的传送机称横向木材传送机,通常采用三列平行链条同步传动,可过原木,也可过木排。二者相比,前者横向尺寸小,易于布置(图1)。升排机的工作原理和结构与升船机基本相同。升排机有垂直、斜面及垂直-斜面3种形式(图2)。升排机结构简单,造价低,但不能连续过坝。门式起重机、塔式起重机、桅杆式起重机等均可作为过木机,用于木排或木捆过坝。过木机与筏道、放木道相比,前者不受水位限制,不耗水,但木材通过能力较低,管理维修工作量大。图1 链式纵向原木传送机图2 垂直-斜面联合升排机
