炭疽杆菌炭疽杆菌 革兰阳性粗大杆菌,长4~8μm,宽1~1.5μm,两端平截或稍凹陷。在机体内常呈单个或短链存在,人工培养时,可形成长链,在菌体相连处有明显的空隙,状如竹节。本菌无鞭毛,不能运动。在机体内和含血清培养基的培养物上可形成荚膜。本菌为需氧或兼性厌氧菌。引起草食动物和人的炭疽。
