压敏成像材料 本身无色,受到压力后能显示出清晰颜色的成像材料。制备压敏成橡材料时,主要使用染料隐色体(即本身无色,与酸性物质接触后能显示清晰颜色的化合物)。将染料隐色体溶液包裹在直径只有几微米的微胶囊中,微胶囊涂敷在上层纸的背面,而下层纸的正面涂一层酸性物质,将两层纸叠合在一起,上层纸受到压力的地方微胶囊破裂,染料隐色体的溶液流出,接触到酸性物质立即在下层纸的相应位置上显示出颜色(见图)。常用的染料隐色体有内酯结构的三芳基甲烷染料,如结晶紫内酯、孔雀绿内酯等;20世纪70年代又发展了荧烷类染料。常用的酸性物质是活性白土或水杨酸衍生物的锌盐络合物等。压敏成像材料主要用做打印记录纸和无碳复写纸。
