聚乙烯基咔唑 聚乙烯咔唑又称乙烯基咔唑树脂.简称PVAC,是由咔唑和乙炔在碱性催化剂作用下反应生成乙烯咔唑,再进行乳液聚合而制得。粘均分子量104~3×106。无定形结构,微黄色或棕色透明玻璃状固体。相对密度1.20,玻璃化温度65℃,热变形温度100~150℃,具有较高的耐热性、耐水性和化学稳定性。电性能良好,脆性大,伸长率>0.3%。吸水性《0.1%。折射率1.683~1.70。溶于醋酸乙酯、丙酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、四氢呋喃、氯代烃、浓硫酸、浓硝酸等,不溶于乙醇、乙醚、脂肪烃、矿物油、变压器油、蓖麻油、稀酸、氢氯酸等。 用作胶粘剂的改性剂。其高频电气性能优良,具有光电导性能,主要作为高频绝缘材料、复印机鼓的传输层、全息照相的感光材料等。贮存于阴凉、干燥的库房内,防火、防热。
