产品差异论产品差异论 产品差异论认为产品差异是决定工业品国际贸易的央定因素的理论。由H.G.格鲁贝尔、5.B.林德等提出。 产品差异是指同类工业产品在质量、品种、规格、式样、功能、商标、外观设计及售前售后服务上各具特色，它们既被视为近似的替代品，又并非完全同质，而是互有异质性。每个生产差别产品的厂商既对售卖自己的产品拥有垄断权，同时又面临其他厂商相近的替代品的激烈竞争，从而兼垄断者与竞争者为一身。随着科学技术的进步，专业分工的深化，这种产品差异化日趋扩大，形成多种类属相同、品质互异的产品系列(如汽车、计算机即是明显的例子)，从而能够在多层次上满足各国不同收入水平的消费者的不同欲望，由此造成各国在同一类产品上既出口又进口、相互需求对方产品的局面。一般来说，经济发展程度和文化背景、风俗习惯相近的国家之间会发生更多的差异化产品贸易，尤其在高收入水平国家之间，容易对差异产品形成相互需求，进出口可能仅仅出于商品表面的差别或质量、性能的细微差别，或者仅仅凭借商标的信誉。因此，这一理论在一定程度上解释了发达国家贸易流量与日俱增的缘由。 在差异产品国际贸易中，成本、价格因素的作用降低，差异产品有可能使需求的力量大于供给的力量而改变贸易方向。即使本国生产者在某产品生产上成本较高，但只要该产品能够迎合本国消费者的偏好，便仍可保有国内市场。同理，外国的生产成本虽比本国的低，但若本国的产品能迎合外国消费者的嗜好，则本国仍可占有外国的市场。产品差异论能够较好地解释同一产业内部大量发生国际贸易的原因，因而成为产业内贸易理论的有机组成部分之一。
