戏曲唱腔乐谱  用工尺谱、简谱或五线谱记录唱腔的乐谱,传统叫"宫谱"。中国传统戏曲宫谱多为工尺谱,近世始用简谱和线谱。昆曲所用尺谱常见有三种谱式:①直式,习惯叫"玉柱式",俗称"一炷香";②侧式,俗称"蓑衣谱";③横式。举例如下:    南仙吕〔步步娇〕 《牡丹亭·游园》     常见的昆曲宫谱如《九宫大成南北词宫谱》、《纳书楹曲谱》等用玉柱式谱;《集成曲谱》、《昆曲大全》等用蓑衣谱;《遏云阁曲谱》用横式谱。现存昆曲宫谱种类很多,约可分为两个系统,如《吟香堂曲谱》、《纳书楹曲谱》以及《集成曲谱》等,为文人曲家的核订本,这类宫谱的特点是:考订词格精严,讲究四声腔格。其中《吟香堂》、《纳书楹》等谱,都不点小眼,不分正衬,间有挪借板位,死腔活板,初学者较难习用。《集成曲谱》则增添宾白、点明小眼、详注锣鼓笛色,力避高古,便于初学。这类乐谱多侧重清唱,与舞台演出尚有一定距离。昆曲有另一系统宫谱,如《遏云阁曲谱》、《六也曲谱》和《春雪阁三记》等,是依据明清以来艺人口传的"梨园故本"整理而成,它代表了戏班演唱和时俗流行的系统。这一系统的宫谱虽然偶有错讹与删节,但多适用于舞台演出,不仅注明小眼,分清正板与赠板,而且对"豁腔"、"擞腔"等装饰小腔,也都一一注明,记谱完备,学用较便。《粟庐曲谱》、《与众曲谱》虽也出自文人曲家,但兼有"梨园故本"之长,为习唱者所乐用。    宫谱的编辑,有3种体例:①以曲牌为单位,按宫调分类,同一曲牌的各种变体均集中罗列,作为填词和谱曲参考之用,如《九宫大成南北词宫谱》;②以剧本的折(或出)为单位,只记宫谱,不写宾白,如《纳书楹曲谱》即此体例;③以剧本的折(或出)为单位,宫谱宾白全写,如《集成曲谱》、《遏云阁曲谱》;也有全剧全谱全白具备的,如殷溎深传谱《琵琶记全谱》、《拜月记全谱》。    中华人民共和国成立后,在音乐工作者的努力下,记录整理了戏曲唱腔、器乐曲牌以及锣鼓谱等,数以千计,品种繁多。现将昆、京较著名宫谱择要列表如下:
