构巢曲霉分子式:CAS号:性质:属半知菌亚门、丝孢纲、丝孢目、丛梗孢科、曲霉属的一种真菌,但存在有性阶段。分生孢子柄较短(75~100μm)、弯曲,近顶囊处直径3.5~5.0μm,褐色,表面光滑。分生孢子头短柱形,(40~80)μm×(25~40)μm。顶囊半球形,直径8~10μm,其上有梗基和小梗各一层。小梗上着生圆而粗糙的分生孢子,直径3.0~3.5μm。有性阶段形成球形、暗紫红色闭囊壳,直径135~150μm,外包一层淡黄色、球形、厚壁的壳细胞。子囊孢子双凸镜形、紫红色,5μm×4μm,上有鸡冠状突起。菌落生长快,圆形、绿色、绒状,当产生大量闭囊壳时呈黄褐色,背面紫红色。分布于粮食、土壤和空气中。曾用作真菌遗传学研究材料。
