核体分子式:CAS号:性质:当应用细胞松弛素(cytochalasin)处理培养细胞时,细胞内的纤细网状结构便被切断,从而使被细胞膜所覆盖的细胞核移位。经离心分离,便可从胞质体(cytoplast)中分离得到被称为核体的物质。这一操作方法称为脱核。由于核体是被一层薄薄的细胞质层和细胞膜所包围,因此它与分离核不同,可以与其他的细胞或者胞质体进行融合。
