腧穴激光照射疗法shuxue jiguang zhaosheliaofa腧穴激光照射疗法acupoint laser therapy  利用激光原光束照射腧穴以治疗疾病的方法,又称光针疗法。属腧穴特种疗法。激光是因受激辐射而发出的一种光,具有方向性强、光谱纯、能量密度高、相干性能好等特点。激光技术于20世纪60年代初用于医学领域,1973年德国人提出利用微细的激光束来代替针刺,于1975年制成氦-氖激光治疗机,用以照射腧穴。与此同时,中国各地也开展该项临床研究,取得较大进展。  使用器材 主要是氦-氖激光治疗机由激光电源及激光发射系统两部分组成。 ①电源。是根据氦-氖激光管的工作特性而设计的,包括升压电源变压器、高压整流电路、电流调整装置、电压指示仪表等部分。电源供给激光管点燃所需要的6000伏特触发电压,导通后的工作电压是1200伏特,工作电流是4~6毫安左右。②发射系统。为激光管,外套有密封玻璃套管,内有电极套、阴极和阳极电极板、放电管、全反射和半反射膜片。激光管内充有氦、氖等惰性气体,发生激光的气体是氖,氦原子通过“共振转移”方式以提高激光射出功率。放电管导通发出的激光光子经反射膜片增强后,由半反射膜片的输出端面射出红色的氦-氖激光(波长6228埃,功率6~8毫瓦),光斑直径<1.5毫米。可用光斑直接照射腧穴,或经全反射光导纤维照射,也可聚焦或散焦照射。  治疗方法 治疗前,应详细检查有无漏电、混线现象,检查地线是否接好,以防触电或烧毁机器。治疗时要选择合适体位,暴露局部而又舒适平正。照射前,可将电流调节旋钮置于第2或第3档上,然后启动电源开关,这时指示灯亮,氦-氖激光机发出红色激光。如启动电源后激光不亮或有闪辉现象,应立即断电,并将电流调节旋钮沿顺时针方向转1~2档,停1~2分钟后再启动电源开关。治疗时,要注意适当调整电流强度(小于或等于6毫安),根据病情需要定时,并将激光束对准需照射的部位,光源与皮肤距离为8~100厘米。治疗完毕,关闭电源开关即可。  适应症 哮喘、咳嗽、眩晕、 消渴、久泄、 瘫痪、痹证、痿证、肩凝症、肘劳、扭伤、遗尿、头痛、白癜风、顽癣、瘾疹、粉刺、面瘫、喉痹、痣、乳痈、痛经、阴痒、崩漏等。  注意事项 ①治疗宜从小剂量开始,初次治疗时间为1分钟左右,以后逐渐增至5~10分钟。②疗程:每日或隔日照射一次,5~10次为一疗程,同一部位不宜超过15次。③光源对准照射部位后,嘱患者切勿移动,以免部位不准而影响疗效。④激光的治疗剂量必须掌握好。剂量过小起不到治疗作用,过大则易发生头晕、恶心、乏力,嗜睡、烦躁、失眠、心悸以及轻度腹胀、腹泻、月经不调等副作用。若发生副作用时,应调节照射距离,或缩短照射时间及次数,或终止治疗。⑤工作人员和患者需戴氦-氖激光保护眼镜,以避免激光所造成的损害。   (陆寿康)
