呼吸链分子式:CAS号:性质:又称呼吸链。主要是指生物体细胞内的线粒体膜上(原核生物中它与细胞质膜相结合)被还原了的电子载体[如还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)、还原型黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FADH2)和其他还原型的电子载体],依赖电子的有序转移而使它们获得氧化的过程。包括着脱氢和释放出电子的反应,而电子在到达分子氧之前必须要通过由各种电子载体烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)、黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD)、辅酶Q、细胞色素系列等组成的电子传递链最后把电子传给氧。由各种电子载体及特定酶组成的电子传递链在葡萄糖彻底氧化、并使氧还原同时产生CO2,H2O和腺苷三磷酸(ATP)的生物合成中起着十分重要的作用。
