溶酶体溶酶体lysosome真核细胞中的一种细胞器,为单层膜包被的囊状结构,直径约0.025~0.8微米;内含多种水解酶,专司分解各种外源和内源的大分子物质。溶酶体一般分为初级溶酶体和次级溶酶体两类。初级溶酶体来源于高尔基体,或近于高尔基体分泌面的光面内质网的特化区,囊内仅含有水解酶。次级溶酶体是初级溶酶体与细胞内由吞噬或胞饮作用所形成的小囊泡,或与细胞器受损后的膜片等结构相融合而形成的。除少数细胞如哺乳类红细胞外,各种动物细胞都有溶酶体。溶酶体约含有50多种酶,但并非每一个溶酶体中都包含全部酶类;同时各种细胞中的许多溶酶体所含的酶类也不尽相同。溶酶体中的酶能把各种大分子物质分解为小分子,然后渗出到细胞基质之中,再为细胞代谢所利用。不能被消化的物质即形成残余体,在一般情况下可以从细胞内排出。溶酶体具有多种生理功能:原生动物借助溶酶体消化摄入的食物;真核细胞细胞器更新,动物发育和变态过程中组织的退化(如蝌蚪尾部的吸收),就是由于溶酶体的活动。所有白细胞均含有溶酶体性质的颗粒,能消灭入侵的微生物。
