选择素分子式：CAS号：性质：又称选择蛋白，选择凝集素。是细胞黏附分子中的一个家族，为I型单链跨膜糖蛋白。胞外区有三种结构型构成：(1)N端的钙离子依赖的C型外源凝集素结构域，可结合碳水化合物基团，即为选择素的配体结合部位；(2)表皮生长因子(EGF)样结构域，系维持选择素构型所必需；(3)近膜端的多个补体调节蛋白重复序列。选择素家族有L-选择素、E-选择素、P-选择素三个成员，其中E、L、P分别表示最初分离获得这三个选择素的内皮细胞(endothelial cell)、白细胞(1eubocyte)和血小板。各成员膜外区有较高的同源性和结构类似性，但穿膜区和胞浆区没有同源性。选择素识别的配体都是一些寡糖基团，迄今为止发现的配体都是一些具有唾液酸化路易斯寡糖(s-Lex，siaglyl-Lewis)或类似结构的分子。一种寡糖基团可以存在多种糖蛋白和糖脂分子上，并分布于多种细胞表面，因此选择素分子配体在体内分布较为广泛。分布于白细胞、内皮细胞、血小板的选择素，通过介导白细胞与内皮细胞的识别和结合，参与白细胞越过血管进入炎区组织及淋细胞归巢和再循的过程，在肾小球肾炎、多发性硬化症、凝血、肿瘤转移胰岛素依赖型糖尿病等多种生理或病理活动中起重要作用。
