本土心理学本土心理学indigenous psychology 本土心理学(Indigenou、psyehology)是植根于各国文化基础上的心理学思想或体系的总称，是将西方心理学的模式、方法、概念和理论加以改造，从而使它与其文化的联系更加密切以及更能应用于某一文化之中〔本土心理学是文化契合J队的，研究某一文化背景中的人类行为和心理的独特性考察它们在某一文化中出现的频率或共同性。现象学、人本主义、社会认知理论、文化心理学以及人类的意识、能动作用、意义和目的等是主要的解释性理论，强调研究结果的生态和实践效度。本土心理学可分为两个层次:(l)本土前科学形态心理学。有两种: 一是常识心理学，指较低级水平的习俗的心理学理解，即普通人有关自己的心理行为、周围人的心理行为及其相互关系的经验常识。_1是哲学心理学，指较高水平的、哲学的心理学理解，即哲学家、宗教家对心理生活的经验常识的思辨性总结和概括。(2)本土科学心理学，指在本土文化基础L建构的科学实证心理学。其特点是科学精神与人文精神相融合、客观实验范式与主观经验范式相整合、量化研究与质化研究相结合。与本土心理学既相联系又有区别的另一个概念是心理学的本土化(indigenisation of psy-ehology)，加拿大心理学家阿代尔(Adair)认为，它是指本土心理学产生和发展的过程f}这个过程经过如下三个各具特点的阶段:①不断提高对西方心理学模式局限性的认识。②日益接受用问题定向的(problem一oriented)方法对民族性心理和行为的研究。③不断提高对受本土传统驱动的存在于当地风俗和行为中的丰富心理潜质的敏感性。心理学的本土化包括四个方面:①组织结构的本土化。②研究课题的本土化。③理论验证的本土化④研究程式的本土化。其研究模式有四种:①语言学取向，即关注当地文化中能反映民众思想、价值和行为的语含。②经验取向，即强调经验的验证和概念的文化特性的论证。③应用取向，既研究和解决当地文化背景中的一些社会问题。④实际取向，即只考虑研究与本土文化相关的因素而不考虑一些普遍的变量。其研究途径有两种:①外源性本土化，即先引进某些西方心理学的理论、概念和方法，然后将它们加以改造，以适应本土文化的需要。
