鸡传染性法氏囊病  由呼肠孤病毒科中的传染性法氏囊病病毒引起的一种特殊疾病,损害幼鸡法氏囊。特征是腹泻、衰竭,法氏囊先发生显著炎症和增大,继之以萎缩,最后患鸡死亡。1957年最先发生于美国特拉华州的甘布洛地方,故又称甘布洛病。病毒由美国的R.W.温特菲尔德于1962年首先分离成功。世界上的主要养鸡国家都有此病发生,中国于1980年首先在北京分离出此病毒, 随后在上海、广州、哈尔滨、南京等地也发现此病。    此病只发生于鸡,具有高度触染性,以2~6周龄的鸡最为易感,因此时母源抗体正在消逝,而法氏囊的发育也正达到最高峰。法氏囊是产生体液免疫力的中枢淋巴组织器官,它的破坏能导致免疫抑制,使鸡对马立克氏病和新城疫等疾病的免疫受到干扰。因此,此病所引起的死亡率虽不高,但仍被认为是鸡的一种重要疾病。    剖检时除法氏囊可见变化外,还能发现急性肾病和腿肌、胸肌出血。在鉴别诊断时应对别球虫病、传染性支气管炎、出血性综合征和马立克氏病加以区别。确诊可采用直接荧光抗体技术或琼脂凝胶扩散试验,必要时进行病毒分离。尚无药物可供治疗。但已有死苗供种鸡免疫;活苗供无母源抗体的小鸡免疫。
