新生儿流行性腹泻新生儿流行性腹泻neonatal epidemic diarrhea 新生儿感染所致的一种腹泻。常出现于产科婴儿室或儿科新生儿病房,蔓延迅速,有时虽然消毒隔离也难以控制。细菌中以致病性大肠杆菌最为重要,病毒以埃可病毒多见。大便呈水样,开始黄色,后转绿色,有酸味一般无脓、血,有时可带少量黏液。严重的每天排便十数次,很快出现脱水,伴有全身感染症状。治疗以补液、抗感染为主。
