青饲料打浆机青饲料打浆机forage pulper ，饲料打浆机(forage pulper)将青饲料加工成浆状或糊状的机械。青饲料打成浆后与其他饲料混合喂猪，可减少饲料抛撤，增大采食量，使各种青饲料得到充分利用。青饲料打浆机有千式与加水式加水式打浆机(盆式)两类。 干式打浆机的构造与卧式切菜机相似(见切菜机)，但采用分批作业。作业时先关闭出料口，加人一批青饲料，待打成栩状后再打开出料口出料。适于加工纤维多的青饲料，通常转子直径为300一400毫米，转速1 500一3000转/分，配套动力为3一7.5千瓦。 加水式打浆机由转子、椭圆形浆池、机盖及传动装置等组成(图)。转子上有8一12把动刀。作业时，先向浆池中加人清水，再启动打浆机，达到额定转速后投人一份青饲料，青饲料在浆池内随被转子搅动的水流循环流动，多次受到动刀的冲击、砍切和搓攘，逐渐成蒙，当达到一定粗细度后即可从浆池底端放料。通常转子直径为500奄米.转速1 450一2侧X)转/分，配套动力为3一5.5千瓦，打青首箱时生产率为120一150千克/小时。 打浆机的能耗比切菜机和切碎机高1倍以上。青饲料本身含有70~90%的水分，而使用加水式打浆机时，还要成倍加水，增大了饲料容积，降低了干物质含，，营养成分也有损失，因此，打浆机尤其是加水式打浆机的应用在逐渐减少。(庞声海)
