环乙胺分子式:C2H5N分子量:43.07CAS号:151-56-4性质:该品为无色易流动的液体。沸点为55-56℃,相对密度0.832(24/4℃)。能与水混溶,可溶于醇和醚。呈强碱性,在酸中分解。易聚合,易燃。制备方法:(1)由乙醇胺与硫酸酯化,再用氢氧化钠环化而得。将乙醇胺和水加入反应锅,逐渐滴加98%硫酸,温度控制在10-30℃,加毕保温搅拌30min,然后升温至50℃,进行真空脱水,在180℃待反应物呈白色结晶时反应结束。将此酯化物用30%氢氧化钠进行苛化,在100℃蒸出氮丙啶即得成品。(2)2-氯乙胺法:2-氯乙胺或其盐酸盐与30%氢氧化钠水溶液在60-70℃反应,反应产物在35℃蒸馏,馏出氮丙啶水溶液,含氮丙啶71.6%。(3)二氯乙烷法:以二氯乙烷为原料,在HCl受体或助催化剂存在下与氨作用而得。(4)气相脱水法:由一乙醇在高温和气相条件下一步催化脱水得:(5)环氧乙烷法:用途:乙烯亚胺是精细化学品的中间体。乙烯亚胺与硫氯化磷缩合可得噻替派,乙烯亚胺先与四氯苯醌再与甲氧基乙醇钾两次缩合制得亚胺醌。噻替派和亚胺醌都是抗恶性肿瘤药。
