无浆体科 立克次氏体目的 1科无胞浆的革兰氏染色阴性严格寄生性微生物。存在于各种脊椎动物的红细胞内或表面，或游离于血浆中。呈短杆状、球状或环状，在血浆或红细胞内可排列成短链或不规则簇状。菌体大小0.2～0.4微米。有细胞膜和染色质,分裂繁殖,不能人工培养。由节肢动物传播，常表现为长期持续性感染，以贫血为主要特征。对四环素敏感，抗青霉素和链霉素。本科下分5属。 无浆体属 寄生于红细胞内，形成直径0.3～1.0微米的包涵体。每一包涵体含有一个或几个原始小体，包涵体上无附加体。只感染反刍动物。 副无浆体属 除包涵体上有附加体外，其他特性同无浆体属，只感染鹿和绵羊。 埃及小体属 在红细胞内形成直径0.3～3.9的包涵体，只感染鸟类和变温动物。 血巴通氏属 寄生于红细胞内或表面。血片用罗曼诺夫法染色，无或罕见环形体。 附红细胞体属 存在于红细胞内或血浆中。血片用罗曼诺夫法染色，常见有环形体。 本科中对家畜有致病性的主要是边缘无浆体。经蜱传播，主要感染牛，在病牛红细胞中可见有细小、深染、直径为0.3～1.0微米的包涵体，位于红细胞边缘，有膜与红细胞浆分开。每一包涵体内有1～8个原始小体（真正的菌体），含DNA、RNA、蛋白质和有机铁。每一红细胞通常只含一个包涵体。在高热期红细胞感染率可达25～50％，康复后从血中消失，但多年后仍能感染其它动物。病牛血在 60℃经50分钟失去感染力。-70℃在甘油中可保持4～5年毒力不减。灭活或减毒疫苗均可用于预防本病，可用四环素或二巯基半卡巴松治疗。
