蛋氨酸羟基类似物分子式:CAS号:性质:又名艾立美,液态羟基蛋氨酸。为深褐色黏液,含水量约12%。有硫化物的特殊气味。密度1.23g/cm3。MHA是以单体、二聚体和三聚体组成的平衡混合物,其含量分别为65%,20%和3%。MHA用化学法合成。用丙烯醛和甲硫醇催化加成为甲硫基甲醛,再与氢氰酸催化合成2-羟基-4-1甲硫基丁腈,然后在硫酸过量的条件下反应生成2-羟基-4-甲硫基丁酸。与蛋氨酸相比,生产路线短,少用原料,副产物少,整个生产过程在液态下进行,便于物料输送。因而该产品节省能源,投资少,成本低,具有竞争力。
