核酸分子杂交核酸分子杂交nucleic acid molecular hybridization 具有互补碱基顺序的DNA或RNA能够互相结合成双链的过程。把已知的DNA或RNA作为基因探针,则可用来探测基因组内与之互补的DNA顺序。其反应称核酸分子杂交反应。运用这一反应去检查和说明两种核酸分子碱基排列有无互补关系,或互补程度,则称为核酸分子杂交技术。目前,这项技术已广泛运用于分子生物学及分子病理学。还可作为分离基因或基因片段的一种手段。
