喹噁啉类分子式:CAS号:性质:又称喹噁啉类或酯肽类抗生素,即在抗生素的分子结构中含有喹噁啉与酯肽相结合的基本结构。主要代表有棘霉素(echinomycin),放线菌白素(actinoleukin);三骨菌素(triostin);F-43;59266;6270和echinoserine等。将生物发酵液和菌丝体经处理后,用乙酸乙酯等有机溶剂提取后再经分离纯化而得。一般为白色或微黄色粉末。是脂溶性碱性或中性化合物,易溶于有机溶剂,不溶于水、己烷及石油醚等;在酸或碱溶液中可受到不同程度的水解。紫外吸收光谱显示有240~245nm、320~325nm(甲醇)的特征吸收峰。对革兰氏阳性细菌有较强的抑制作用,而对阴性菌则弱,能抑制肿瘤细胞。在小鼠体内试验表明毒副作用大,无临床应用价值。
