安福安福anshen 安神(anshen)针灸穴名。见《兽医针灸手册》。浅刺为耳下、耳门穴，深刺即为安神穴，为猪针刺麻醉专用穴。猪位于耳根后方，安推其前缘下部与胭膝之间的凹陷中，左右侧各一穴。皮下是耳下肌，深部有三叉神经下领支，针刺时形响及面神经、舌咽神经、舌下神经、迷走神经和副神经分支。用毫针向内下方刺入1一1.5厘米(即耳下或耳门)。具有祛风通络作用。主治感冒、口眼歪斜、牙关紧闭。安神穴进针时.将针再向内下方，对准同侧下领最后一对臼齿，紧靠枕骨副乳突外侧面与下领骨裸内侧缘深刺5~10厘米，针尖接近蛛骨具突后方鼓包的外侧方，进针时有阻力感，猪出现顺嘴、磨牙时即为所要求的针感。安神穴另一种针刺法是将针直接从下领骨后缘内侧水平地朝向齿摘方向刺入，进针达下领孔部位，针感同前。还有人由环椎具前缘沿下领份支内侧，对准同侧下领血管压迹进针，针体通过下须齿槽神经近旁，针尖可达下领骨下缘。由于其体表进针点在风门与耳根两穴之间，故又名风耳穴。具有安神镇痛作用。电针麻醉时适用于做猪的颐、脚、腹部等多种外科手术。 (孙永才)
