苔黑素分子式:C7H8O2·H2O分子量:142.15CAS号:6153-39-5性质:白色菱形结晶。熔点58℃,无水物熔点107-108℃。沸点289-290℃,165-170℃(1.87-2.67kPa),147℃(0.67kPa)。相对密度1.290(4/4℃)。易溶于水、醇和醚,略溶于苯,微溶于氯仿和二硫化碳。在空气中易氧化变成红色。有甜但令人不愉快的味道。制备方法:从各种苏苔发酵产物中可萃取得到该品。用途:分析试剂,用来检定锑、铬、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐,以及戊糖、木素、糖胶、醛糖、甜菜糖、蔗糖和淀粉酶等。该品有刺激性,鼠口服LD50为844mg/kg。
