肉豆蔻酸分子式:C14H28O2分子量:228.38CAS号:544-63-8性质:白色结晶性蜡状固体。熔点53.9℃,沸点326.2℃,250℃(13.3kPa),199℃(2.13kPa),相对密度0.8622(54℃),折射率1.4273(70℃)。溶于醇、酮、醚、石油醚,不溶于水,制备方法:从椰子油、棕榈仁油所得的混合脂肪酸或混合脂肪酸的甲酯,旱灾行真空分馏可得十四酸。实验室制备可由甘油三(十四酸)酯和10%氢氧化钠溶液皂化,再用盐酸酸化得到游离的十四酸。也可由十四烷醇法制取。用途:主要用作生产表面活性剂的原料,用于生产山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、乙二醇或丙二醇脂肪酸酯等。还可用于生产肉豆蔻酸异丙酯等。也用于消泡剂、增香剂。按我国GB2760-89规定可用于配制各种食用香料。
