DL-蛋氨酸分子式:C5H11NO2S分子量:149.21CAS号:59-51-8性质:该品是最重要的氨基酸之一。DL-蛋氨酸从醇中结成白色薄片状结晶或结晶性粉末,微甜,有特殊气味。无旋光性。熔点281℃(分解)。对热及空气稳定。相对密度1.340。能溶于水、稀酸和稀碱类,微溶于95%的醇,不溶于醚。1%的水溶液pH值为5.6-6.1。蛋氨酸是唯一含硫醚的氨基酸,分左旋体(L-蛋氨酸,[63-68-3])和右旋体(D-蛋氨酸,[348-67-4])。一般氨基酸右旋体是无效的,但蛋氨酸例外。在生物体内D-蛋氨酸能转换成L-蛋氨酸。正是由于这两种蛋氨酸在生物化学方面均有效,因此,在合成蛋氨酸生产中,不需要拆分而直接使用DL-蛋氨酸,通常所说的蛋氨酸一般都是指DL-蛋氨酸。制备方法:可采用提取法制备蛋氨酸,但工业上有以下方法:1. 罗纳-普朗克工艺2. 德固萨DL-蛋氨酸工艺原料消耗定额:丙烯醛480kg/t、甲硫醇400kg/t、氰化钠420kg/t。用途:商品蛋氨酸的含量≥98.5%,是禽畜类动物生长所必需的氨基酸之一,是生物合成蛋白质的“骨架”氨基酸,对动物的新陈代谢有很强的调节作用,广泛应用于医药、食品、饲料和化妆品等领域。其中在医药方面,可作为氨基酸输液和复合氨基酸的主要成分,还可用于合成药用维生素,利用其抗脂肪肝的作用,可用于生产保肝制剂;在食品方面,用于食品的氨基酸强化及食品保健品的加工,可用作营养增补剂,由于有特殊气味,故只用于鱼糕类的制品;在饲料工业中,蛋氨酸的用量最大,用作饲料的营养强化剂,弥补氨基酸平衡的饲料添加剂,在氨基酸类营养饲料添加剂的品种中,蛋氨酸60%,赖氨酸占30%,其他氨基酸约占10%。
