轮状病毒肠炎轮状病毒肠炎rotavirus enteritis 由轮状病毒侵袭肠黏膜引起的炎症病变。轮状病毒是引起“秋季腹泻”的主要病毒,其多发于秋季,以10~11月份为高潮。临床特点为起病急,早期出现呕吐,多合并上呼吸道感染症状,发热,腹胀明显,大便为水样、稀薄、色淡,有时呈白色米汤样或蛋花汤样,黏液少,少有腥臭味。镜检脓细胞很少见,脱水征较明显,抗生素治疗无效,多在5~7日内自然痊愈。
