烯醇化分子式:CAS号:性质:α-碳原子上有活泼氢的羰基化合物转变为烯醇化合物的反应。酮型异构体和烯醇型异构体为互变异构体,互变异构的程度可以由在平衡体系中烯醇的含量估计。丙酮在液态只含有微量的烯醇,而乙酰丙酮的己烷溶液中烯醇的含量高达92%。羰基化合物中的α-碳原子上的氢愈活泼,烯醇化的程度愈高,在互变异构平衡体系中烯醇的含量也就愈高。羰基化合物的烯醇化在研究羰基反应机理方面有重要意义。酸和碱都可以催化烯醇化反应。
