房性分离房性分离 心房内传导阻滞所引起的单侧心房律,即除基本心律(通常是窦性心律)外,还存在独立的另一心房律,前者(窦房结)控制心室,后者(房性异位起搏点)控制心房的一部分。单侧房性冲动多局限于一侧心房或一侧心房的部分区域,故没有一个冲动可传到心室。单侧心房律的频率常在30~50次/分,心电图上,它的异位P-P间期通常不是很规则的,其P波较窦性P波小且畸形。心房分离多见于严重的心力衰竭患者,也可见于风心病、心肌病、洋地黄中毒、心肌梗塞等。
