透皮给药系统分子式:CAS号:性质:是一种经皮肤给药的制剂。组成:以硝酸甘油为例,背膜是不透药液的涂铝塑料,中间为药液储库,硝酸甘油吸附在乳糖,胶状二氧化硅上,药液储库的下侧复以控释膜,其表面有一层贴在皮肤上的黏合剂,粘贴皮肤不应引起过敏反应,粘贴层外面有一层铝膜覆盖,在使用时撕去。透皮剂型的优点:避免口服药物在消化道中遇酸酶破坏或食物吸附及消化道功能的影响;无首过代谢;无注射给药的不便;一次用药代替几次用药;药物储库释放持久使半衰期短的药物的药效明显延长;可任意终止给药。透皮剂型的缺点为对皮肤有刺激性或过敏反应;有耐受现象;制作工艺困难,价格昂贵。
