上睑下垂 双眼或单眼的上睑欲睁不起、上睑垂盖黑睛，遮挡瞳神的一部分或全部，以致影响瞻视的眼病。与西医的上睑下垂相同。 上睑下垂的异名较多，如《诸病源候论》称"睢目"；《圣济总录》称"眼睑垂缓"，认为系气血虚，肤腠疏开而受风邪，客于睑肤之间所致；《目经大成》称为"睑废"，认为是两胞丝脉为邪所中，血气不和所致。 此病多因脾虚气弱，升举无力，或因脾胃虚弱，水谷不化，精血不足，脉络失和，肤腠开疏，风邪客于胞睑；也因禀赋不足，命门火衰，脾阳不足，胞睑失于温养；或因胞睑外伤，营卫失和，胞睑失养所致。其特点是单眼或双眼上胞下垂，轻者半掩黑睛与瞳神，重者上胞覆盖黑睛，欲睁不起。双侧上睑下垂者，常需仰视，抬眉，皱额以助睁眼瞻视，严重者，可见吞咽困难，视一为二，卧床不起，病情危重。 上睑下垂的临床常见证型有：①脾虚气陷。朝轻暮重，神疲乏力，得食则胀，每见双眼发病，苔薄腻，舌质淡，脉沉细。治宜益气升阳，方用补中益气汤加减。②气血两虚。头晕目眩，神疲乏力，心悸怔忡，面色少华，动则气急，纳少便溏，苔薄舌质淡嫩，脉细沉数，证属气血不足，肌肤失养，卫气不固，风邪外袭，脉络失于宣通。治宜益气养血，佐以祛风通络，方用人参养荣汤加减，通络加牛膝、木瓜、丝瓜络、络石藤等。③脾肾阳虚。常于出生后不久出现本症，证属禀赋不足，命门火衰，脾阳不足，胞睑失于温养。治宜温补脾肾，方用右归丸加减。④外伤脉络。出生时，因难产、借助产钳分娩，或遇外伤，而致本症，每伴有眼珠运动失灵、瞳神散大、视一为二，常发于双眼；也有仅单眼上睑下垂，别无上述其余症状。治宜活血通络，常用除风益损汤加减。此症除内服药物外，多可配合针灸治疗，常用穴位有睛明、攒竹、丝竹空、瞳子髎、足三里等。
