［国外糖业技术］立式连续助晶器
（一）概述随着糖厂规模的不断扩大，原来煮糖车间显得比较拥挤，为了充分利用现有厂房空间，国外许多糖厂采用了立式助晶器(见图1)。立式助晶器的单槽容量分100立方米和150立方米两种，当容量为150立方米时，直径约4.5米、高10米，中间有一空心管式搅拌器轴，上面安装若干层搅拌桨：在相邻两层桨叶间，装有蛇管式热交换器（附图），热交换器相邻各层互相串联，管中通冷却水，冷却用水量和温度，按糖膏助晶的要求确定；糖膏从上面进下面排出，冷却水从下方进上方排出，相互逆向流动；连续助晶器的相邻槽体间，用糖膏泵(ROTA)输送糖膏。（二）设备优点1、容量可以做得较大，占地面积小。2、可直接安放在水泥基础上，安装比较简单；加上保温外壳后可安装在室外。3、糖膏和冷却水逆向流动，温度下降均匀，助晶效果比较理想。（三）工艺特点经立式助晶器C(参见图2)助晶后之糖膏，1/4进行预分蜜，分出之蜜送入后面的助晶器，用以降低糖膏的粘度，减轻搅拌器负荷；助晶器F为升温槽，使糖膏升温达到分蜜时要求的温度。（注：我国湛江广丰糖厂采用了立式助晶器）（四）相关主要数据热交换器面积（平方米）与容积比（立方米）：0.96；糖膏和水温度差（升温、降温）：正、负10摄氏度；搅拌桨平均转速：0.4转/分。附：图1、立式助晶器结构示意图图2、立式助晶器工艺流程图
