动脉导管切断缝合术动脉导管切断缝合术division and suture of ductus arterious 心外科手术之一。适用于导管粗短的病例。全麻下经左后外侧切口进胸，显露动脉导管，应用硝普钠等降压药物，将收缩压降至10.7kPa，分别于导管的主动脉侧和肺动脉侧，放置两把无创伤导管钳(Potts钳)，导管较短者，可在主动脉侧放置Potts-Smith钳夹在降主动脉上，再在两把钳间切断导管，以3-0无创伤针线连续缝合切口两端，先缝主动脉侧，后缝肺动脉侧，缝合应细致准确，避免导致大出血。手术死亡率小于1%。
