小诺霉素分子式:CAS号:性质:又名小诺霉素;相模霉素;6-N′-甲基庆大霉素;沙加霉素。由小单孢菌Micromonospora sagamiensis及其变异株产生的氨基糖苷类抗生素。常用硫酸盐,白色粉末,无臭,无味。易溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂。室温下稳定。半水合物为无定形固体,熔点260℃(分解)。抗菌谱近似庆大霉素,对革兰氏阴性和阳性菌有广谱杀菌作用,对产生氨基糖苷乙酰转移酶的耐药菌有效。作用机理为抑制细菌蛋白质合成,同时有破坏膜的作用。肌肉注射后0.5h血药浓度达峰值,广泛分布组织和体液中。主要经肾排泄。可引起肾毒性、神经肌肉阻滞作用,偶见肝功损害及血象变化。肾功能不良及老年人慎用。
