蒽环类抗生素分子式:CAS号:性质:又称蒽环糖苷类抗生素(anthracycline glycoside antibiotics)。基本骨架为7,8,9,10-四氢-5,12-并四苯简称为蒽环酮(an-thracyclinone)的苷元结构,蒽环酮与各种糖以及糖与糖之间苷键连接的不同,组成了结构不同的蒽环类抗生素。多为脂溶性化合物,天然生物发酵过程中产生菌多为放线菌,发酵活性产物在菌丝体内含量为主,经处理后可用有机溶剂提取,进而分离纯化后得到橙红色或黄色晶形粉末。其盐酸盐溶于水和低级醇。分子中的蒽醌为发色团部分,在酸中为红色,碱中呈蓝紫色,常具有指示剂性质,并具有光学活性,水解后可得到蒽环酮和糖的部分。特征紫外吸收峰为235~237nm,255~260nm,290~295nm(甲醇),在450~590nm左右有强而宽的可见光吸收峰。有一定的抗细菌作用,主要有较强的抗肿瘤活性,但多数具有程度不同的毒副作用。到目前为止该类抗生素在临床上有显著抗肿瘤疗效的日渐增多。主要代表有正定霉素(zhengdingmeisu)、阿霉素(adriamycin)、洋红霉素(carminomycin)和阿克拉霉素(aclacinomycin)等。
