2-甲基苯并咪唑分子式:C8H8N2分子量:132.17CAS号:615-15-6性质:针状结晶体。熔点176-177℃。溶于醇、醚、热水及氢氧化钠溶液,不溶于苯。制备方法:由邻苯二胺与乙酸环合而成。将邻苯二胺与乙酸的混合物在100℃加热2h,冷却后缓缓加入10%的氢氧化钠溶液,使混合物刚至碱性。过滤,用冷水洗涤。将此粗品用水重结晶,活性炭脱色,即得成品。收率为68%。用途:用于有机合成。
