平喘药平喘药解除支气管平滑肌痉挛、减轻气管炎症的药物。用于支气管哮喘的治疗。主要分为以下几类：①β2受体兴奋剂。通过兴奋β2肾上腺素能受体，激活腺苷酸环化酶，增加细胞内环-磷酸腺苷（cAMP）水平，并能抑制肥大细胞释放过敏物质，从而松弛支气管平滑肌。常用的药物有舒喘灵、博利康尼、美喘清、氯喘、氨哮素等。②抗胆碱能药。通过阻断亢进的M-胆碱受体，激活鸟苷酸环化酶，使细胞内cGMP生成减少，因而可解除平滑肌痉挛，同时减少腺体分泌，抑制肥大细胞释放过敏物质。目前应用的代表性药物为异丙阿托品。③磷酸二酯酶抑制剂。通过抑制磷酸二酯酶，使cAMP破坏减少，提高cAMP水平，松弛平滑肌。常用的有氨茶碱、茶喘平、喘定。④抑制过敏介质释放药物。如色甘酸钠、酮替芬等。⑤抗组织胺药。如去氧羟嗪、息斯敏、曲尼司特。⑥钙通道阻滞剂。如硝苯吡啶。⑦肾上腺皮质激素。抑制炎症，降低气道高反应性，主要药物包括氢化可的松、地塞米松、强的松。有关平喘药的应用原则及方法参见支气管哮喘。
