α-乙酰基-γ-羟基丁酸γ-内酯分子式:C6H8O3分子量:128.12CAS号:密度:1.1846(20℃)熔点:-12~-13℃沸点:142~143(4000帕)℃闪点:大于110。℃折射率:1.4562性状:无色透明液体。有醚样气味。溶解情况:可溶于有机溶剂,溶于水,本品在水中溶解度为20%(体积分数),水在本品中的溶解度12%。用途:将乙酰基进行烷基化,可制备许多香料;本品用作合成3,4--双取代基吡啶和5-(β-羟乙基)-4-甲基噻唑的原料;本品经氯化、水解氯代乙酰丙醇,进一步合成维生素B1;也用作农药原料。制备或来源:(1)在无水乙醇中,由乙酰乙酸钠与环氧乙烷反应。 (2)乙酰乙酸乙酯(或乙酰乙酸甲酯)在无水乙醇中,以金属钠为催化剂,与环氧乙烷反应制得。如果用甲酯,则在无水甲醇中反应制得。反应在0℃左右进行。最后精馏精制。 (3)γ-丁内酯与乙酸乙酯在催化剂钠或氨基钠的作用下缩合制得。 (4)以冰醋酸为原料,在磷酸三乙酯存在下,在750~780℃下裂解,可制得乙烯酮,以系酮在低温下聚合生成二聚物双乙烯酮,经精馏提纯后,双乙烯酮在硫酸和催化作用下,与无水乙醇进行酯化反应,生成乙酰乙酸乙酯,然后再按(2)与环氧乙烷缩合,经有机酸中和后,将油层分出,水洗后,再减压精馏,收142~143℃(4000帕)的馏份制得。备注:与铁接触,呈蓝色或浅蓝色。
