奥美拉唑肠溶片药物名称:奥美拉唑肠溶片英文名:Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets汉语拼音:主要成分:奥美拉唑性状:肠溶包衣片,除去肠溶衣后显类白色。药理作用:作用于胃壁细胞为H+,K+-ATP酶抑制剂,选择性对胃酸分泌有明显抑制作用,起效迅速,一日服用1次即能抑制胃酸分泌,作用可持续约24小时以上。药代动力学:据资料报道,口服本品后,经小肠吸收,主要分布于胃肠道,血浆半衰期30~60分钟,通常单剂量生物利用度约35%,多剂量生物利用度增至约60%,主要在肝脏代谢,大约服用量的80%以代谢物的形式经尿排泄,其余从粪便排泄。适应症:适用于消化性溃疡(胃、十二指肠溃疡)、反流性食管炎和卓-艾氏综合症(胃泌素瘤)。用法与用量:十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡和反流性食管炎;每日早晨吞服20mg,不可咀嚼,对其他治疗而不愈的患者,每日早晨吞服40mg;十二指肠溃疡疗程通常为2~4周,胃溃疡和反流性食管炎疗程通常为4~8周。 卓-艾氏综合症:首次剂量为60mg,每晨1次,然后按不同病情调节每日剂量为20~120mg的,其疗程视临床情况而定,每日超过80mg时,应分为2次服用。不良反应:耐受性良好,曾有头痛、腹泻、便秘、腹痛、恶心或呕吐和腹胀等报道,偶见血清氨基酸转移酶(ALT、AST)增高、皮疹、眩晕、嗜睡、失眠等反应,上述反应与治疗本身的因果关系尚未确定。禁忌症:对本品过敏者禁用。注意事项:治疗胃溃疡时,应排除胃癌后才能使用本品,以免延误治疗。 1.当怀疑胃溃疡时,应首先排除癌症的可能性,因用本品治疗可减轻其症状,从而延误诊断。 2.虽然动物实验表明本品无胎儿毒性或致畸作用,但对孕期妇女一般不用,对哺乳期妇女也应慎用。 3.尚无儿童用药经验。 4.肝肾功能不全者慎用。 5.可延缓经肝脏氧化代谢药物在体内的消除,如安定、苯妥英钠、华法令、硝苯啶,当本品和上述药物一起使用时,应酌减后者的用量。规格: 20mg。贮藏:密闭,在阴凉干燥处保存。有效期:暂定二年。处方药:是
