利可霉素分子式:CAS号:性质:又名罗吉他霉素,丙酰吉他霉素,利可霉素。为吉他霉素A5的丙酸酯,属十六元环大环内酯抗生素。白至黄白色粉末,无臭,味苦。易溶于甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、醚和醋酸乙酯,不溶于水和正己烷。对需氧革兰氏阳性菌、厌氧菌和支原体的抗菌活性较其他十六元环大环内酯抗生素(交沙霉素等)强。口服吸收迅速,组织移行好,主要经肝脏代谢,代谢物具有抗菌活性。半衰期为2h,主要经胆汁排泄。
