1.Objective:To explore the cardiac toxicity in rats exposed to aluminum chloride(AlCl3),and the inhibition of 1,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyridone(deferiprone).目的:研究氯化铝(AlCl_3)染毒对大鼠心脏的毒性及铝螯合剂1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮(去铁酮)的保护作用。
2.Objective:To investigate the effect of 1,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyridone(DFP)on aluminum(Al) expelling,levels of iron(Fe),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu),calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) in testicles of aluminum-induced rats.目的:探讨铝螯合剂1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮(1,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-pyridone,DFP)对染铝大鼠睾丸组织中铝元素的排除效果以及对铁、锌、钙、镁、铜元素的影响。
