沙雷肽酶 ,舍雷肽酶 ,中性蛋白酶,达先, 释炎达药物名称:舍雷肽酶英文名:Serrapeptase别名:沙雷肽酶 ,舍雷肽酶 ,中性蛋白酶,达先, 释炎达外文名:Serrapeptase, Dasen, Seradase药理作用: (1)抗炎症、肿胀作用:①以热灼伤大鼠作炎症模型,口服给药后可见血管通透性亢进受到抑制;②口服能抑制抗大鼠血清所致大鼠皮肤的炎性水肿,也能抑制角叉菜胶、葡聚糖、5-羟色胺、缓激肽等各种致炎物质所致的大鼠炎性水肿;③体外对致炎症多肽缓激肽有很强的分解能力;④对纤维蛋白、纤维蛋白原有很强的溶解能力,但对清蛋白、α-及β-球蛋白等机体蛋白质则几乎无作用。(2)促进痰液、浓液溶解与排泄的作用:①对慢性副鼻窦炎病人有使鼻涕中干物质重量减少、粘度下降;②对暴露于二氧化硫气体而罹患亚急性支气管炎的兔,可使痰液粘度显著下降。(3)促进抗生素向病灶部位移行的作用:①对慢性副鼻窦炎病人能促进氨苄青霉素向上頜窦移行;②对实验性膀胱炎的患兔,能促进美西林(氮艹卓脒青霉素)向膀胱壁移行。 药代动力: 适应症: (1)手术后及外伤后消炎。(2)副鼻窦炎、乳汁潴留性乳腺炎、膀胱炎、附睾炎、智齿周围炎及牙槽脓肿时消炎。(3)支气管炎、肺结核、支气管哮喘时痰液不易咳出。(4)麻醉后痰液不易咳出。 用法用量: 口服:5~10mg/次,3次/d。 不良反应: 偶见腹泻、食欲不振、胃部不适、恶心、呕吐、鼻出血和血痰等。少数患者出现皮疹、皮肤潮红等过敏反应。 注意事项: 凝血功能异常,肝肾功能不全者慎用本品。出现过敏反应,应立即停药。与抗凝药合用可增强后者作用。 规格: 片剂:5mg。 10mg. 肠溶片剂:10mg/片.类别:祛痰药
