酮康唑乳膏【通用名称】酮康唑乳膏【其他名称】酮康唑乳膏 酮康唑乳膏 拼音名:Tongkangzuo Rugao 英文名:Ketoconazole Cream 书页号:2000年版二部-958 本品含酮康唑(C26H28Cl2N4O4)应为标示量的90.0%~110.0%。 【性状】 本品为乳剂型基质的乳白色或微红色软膏。 【鉴别】 (1)取本品约0.5g,加0.1mol/L盐酸溶液10ml,在水浴上加热,使酮康唑 溶解,放冷,滤过,滤液加碘化铋钾试液数滴,即生成橙红色沉淀。 (2)取含量测定项下的溶液,照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ A)测定,在244nm的波长处有最 大吸收。 【检查】 应符合软膏剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ F)。 【含量测定】 取本品约2g,精密称定,置烧杯中,加0.1mol/L盐酸溶液25ml,在 水浴上加热,充分搅拌使酮康唑溶解,放冷后,滤入分液漏斗中,同法提取3次,合并滤 液,加氨试液中和至恰析出沉淀,再加氨试液1滴,用氯仿振摇提取3次,每次25ml,每 次得到的氯仿提取液用经氯仿湿润的脱脂棉滤入100ml量瓶中,用适量氯仿洗涤棉花和滤 器,合并氯仿液,并用氯仿稀释至刻度,摇匀;另精密称取经80℃减压干燥4小时的酮康 唑对照品适量,加氯仿制成每1ml中约含0.4mg的溶液。精密量取上述两种溶液各2ml,分 别置50ml量瓶中,加无水乙醇稀释至刻度,摇匀,照分光光度法(附录Ⅳ A),在244nm的 波长处分别测定吸收度,计算,即得。 【类别】 同酮康唑。 【规格】 10g:0.2g 【贮藏】 密闭,在凉暗处保存。
