造粒分子式:CAS号:性质:使固体粉末聚集成一定大小的颗粒称为造粒。含有水分或其他黏合剂溶液的粉末经振荡后聚集成颗粒。造粒可在振荡或造粒机中进行。加工方法有六种:包衣法、挤出成型法、吸附法、流化床法、喷雾法和转盘法。造粒可以增加粉末的光滑性,从而使压片时加料迅速和均匀。造粒还可提高粉末的密度,有助于压片时冲头的活动,并减少潜入空气的危险,提高压片强度。
