PVA fiber分子式:CAS号:性质:合成纤维的一种,指由以聚乙烯醇为原料制得的纤维,通常是指不具水溶性的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维(formalized polyvinyl alcohol fiber);从广义上讲,也包括水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维和用硫酸钛溶液替代缩甲醛化作整理剂的非缩醛型聚乙烯醇纤维等。经过缩醛化处理的纤维在中国称维纶;日本称维尼纶;纤维能耐酸、耐碱、耐霉变、耐日晒;相对密度1.26~1.30,公定吸湿率5%,常规聚乙烯醇纤维的干态强度4.0~5.3cN/dtex,伸长率12%~25%,干湿态强度比72%~85%。产品主要为短纤维;主要用以制作仓储用苫布,帆布,橡胶输送带及力车轮胎用帘子布、绳缆、渔网、包装材料等。
