萃取色谱法分子式:CAS号:性质:又称反相萃取色谱法。反相分配色谱法。在支持体(担体)上附着或吸附有有机萃取剂作固定相,流动相是各种无机水溶液,当流动相流过固定相时,被分离物质在两相间连续多次地进行着萃取和反萃取的过程。利用各种物质在两相的分配系数的差异,达到将几种物质分离的目的。萃取色谱中的两种不相混溶的液相,一种是涂渍在惰性载体上作固定相,另一种就作为流动相。根据流动相和固定相的相对极性可分为两类。当固定相是极性而流动相是非极性时,称为正相萃取色谱。如常用载体吸附的水作为固定相,有机溶剂作为流动相是属正相色谱。用有机萃取剂作为固定相,水作为流动相,称为反相萃取色谱。一般情况下,反相色谱比正相色谱离效果好,应用也较广泛。
