1.Setting the method of the machining technic, cutting-extruding technology,to fin’s paper as a target and using the software of the finite element method (FEM) Deform-3D, a machining model of fin was built and the whole process of machining was simulated in this paper, on the basis of research on the theory of the cutting-extruding technology and FEM.翅片管广泛运用于工业领域的热交换中,本文以切削-挤压复合成形加工翅片管的方法为对象,在研究切削-挤压成形原理和有限元基本理论的基础上,建立翅片加工过程有限元分析模型,采用有限元软件Deform-3D,进行仿真分析和求解计算,动态地模拟出三维状态的翅片成形过程。
