纳米复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:包括三种形式,即由两种以纳米尺寸的晶粒进行复合或两种以上纳米厚薄的薄膜交替叠层或纳米粒子和薄膜复合的复合材料。前者由纳米尺寸的晶粒具有很大的表面能,同时晶粒之间的界面区已经大到超常的程度,所以使一些通常不易固溶、混溶的组分有可能在纳米尺度上复合,从而形成新型的金属/陶瓷、陶瓷/陶瓷复合材料。这些复合材料由于存在纳米尺寸将就可望明显改善复合材料的韧性和耐温性。另外在纳米尺度上形成的无机/无机和无机/有机复合材料则有可能形成性能优异的新一代功能复合材料。
